I'm not a sysadmin expert, so apologies in advance...
In Date and Time Settings | Internet Time: I've noticed that the "Update
Now" button is not enabled unless the user is logged in as an Admin. Is
there a way to enable this button for Users?
I suspect it might be necessary to grant "Change the system time" to
Users, either through GPEDIT.MSC or
NTRIGHTS -u USERS +r SeSystemtimePrivilege
(untested)
NTRIGHTS is part of the NT Resource Kit.
