Hi,

Nepatsfan helped with with a similar sort of problem, where a folder was
inaccessible because is was 'owned' by someone else, in your case the
previous administrator.

Have a look at his resolution to my problem and see if it helps you. The

Help! I had a password on my previous administrator account and i could
not
find a way to delete the password, so i just created a new account and set
it
as the administrator. Howvere, upon restart, the previous administartor
account is now gone, and i cannot open the administrator folder or reach
any
of the files that i had in the my documents area of that user account.
What
