See the link below on how to manage NTFS permissions for folders/files in XP
including XP Home which requires that you boot into Safe Mode and logon as
an administrator to access folder security. XP Home uses only simple file
sharing that means all network users authenticate as guest/anonymous and you
will need to make sure the share and NTFS permissions allow everyone. ---
