to solve the problem just go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
in the registery
then change the value from"explorer.exe %System%\Fservice.exe"
to "explorer.exe"
note:
in Windows NT/2000/XP the %System% is C:\WINDOWS\system32

When I turn on my pc I receive an error message
Windows cannot find c:\windows\system32\fservice.exe make sure you typed
the name correctly and then try again
What can I do and how can I obtain this file
