Can you give me the URL to download the updates manually ?

I've never heard of a NAT Router, i'll look into this
I'm on a broadband connection (Telenet Belgium), i don't know if you call it
fast
- Downloads at 5 Mb/s
- Uploads at 192 Kb/s
