Sorry to hear about your problems. The link below is to how to use a utility
from Microsoft that will attempt to clean up such. I have not used it myself
so I can not offer any tricks or traps on using it. I would also suggest
posting in one or more [use crosspost if more than one] of the Office
newsgroups to see if anyone there has any advice on how to proceed.
