Log into user account with Admin password?

Hi All,

I administer a Win2K3 network with XP Pro workstations. For security
reasons, I have had all the users change their passwords. Now, from time to
time, I need access to the users' machine and their associated profile. Is
there a way for an Domain administrator who has administrator rights to the
local machine to log into that profile with the administrator password?
Sometimes the user is not around, and logging into the Admin account does
not give me the users' profile...desktop, etc.

Jerry
