Have you logged on in the Last Known Good Configuration from the Safe Mode
options? If you have and it did not resolve the problem, do as follows:
You need to take ownership of the Drive, folder, program or file in the
security tab in the object properties and after that set the security
permissions to
Default... to do that; create a new folder in the main drive and go into the
security tab to see how the default permissions are established, and
according to that make the necessary corrections in the corresponding drive,
folder, file or program.
