Re: Hiding drive names in Windows Explorer

Using $ after the name only hides it from My Network Places. You might want
to look at the possibilities with Group Policy looking at user
configuration/administrative templates/Windows components/Windows explorer -
hide these specified drives. The link below shows how to tweak that setting
beyond default settings. --- Steve
