The answer is near the beginning of the EULA in paragraph 1:
"You may install, use, access, display and run one copy of the Product on a
single computer"
Dual boot = two licenses
The EULA is what matters, read yours for details.
Start/Run
Type "winver" ENTER
Click "End user license...".
