New Dot Net does indeed a LSP plug-in that must be removed if you remove New Dot Net and if
you don't it breaks the TCP/IP stack.

Download both a copy of LSP Fix -- http://www.cexx.org/LSPFix.exe
and remove and non-OS LSP plug-ins.
