Re: security tab problems



You have to disable simple file sharing to see the security tab. Go to
Windows Explorer/tools/folder options - view and uncheck the last option for
use simple file sharing. Then make sure that there are matching user
accounts on each computer using Control Panel or lusrmgr.msc that have the
same logon/password as the user that is trying to access the share. That
user would also need share and NTFS permissions to the share or be a member
of a group that does such as everyone, users, or a local group you
