| Event ID: 201
| Event ID 110
| Event ID:104

| Can any one help?

Remove the Smart Card and drivers and the signing software (ActiveCard Gold, NetSign, etc.)
then reinstall all.
Make sure you use WinXP drivers and/or software versions.
