You may have problems with viruses and/or spyware on your computer and you
should scan for both in both regular and Safe Mode. Also you could try
uninstalling those applications and then installing them again. Be sure to
backup any important data files so that you can use them when you install
the applications again. Booting into Safe Mode may make it much easier to
work on your computer as it will bypass all but essentials processes to
allow the computer to startup and you logon. --- Steve
