Re: Help - Can only log into an admin account



The password for a user should be unique to that user and not matter what
group the user is in. The error message indicates that the wrong password is
being used or perhaps cap lock is enabled or even you have a
defective/sticky key on the keyboard. Remember passwords are case sensitive.
Try changing or resetting the password and try again too see if that works
or not. The security log that you can access via Event Viewer may provide
some more info on why the logon failed. --- Steve
