System freezes at the logon screen after problems...



I was able to reboot my computer, but once it reached the logon screen, the
system would not take any key at all. That is, even if I typed my password
in the password box, the system remained blank and froze. The
Ctrl-Alt-Delete was no longer working. I restarted the computer a few times
with the same result.
