Probably the easiest way would be to use the free Microsoft Shared Computer
Toolkit and create your restricted account and lock it down. Logon as that
account, configure Internet Explorer internet web content zone to not allow
downloads before you enable the Shared Computer Toolkit lockdown. It
requires SP2 and uses some of the powerful technology that XP Pro has such
as limited use of Software Restriction Policies to prevent the limited user
from installing unauthorized software. --- Steve
