I suggest parental control software that may be free from your ISP or that
you can purchase. You can usually configure the software on a per user
basis to allow/disallow internet access, access to sites by age,
etc...etc...etc...
Here is an example how I did that last summer for a visit by my grandkids
using software from my ISP and other strategies...
