This message is not coming from Windows; your computer is still not free
of malware. Go through the following removal steps systematically:

Nick Skrepetos of SuperAdBlocker says that his program will get rid of
the spyaxe cr*p. You can d/l a fully-functional trial of SuperAdBlocker
and then uninstall it afterwards if you don't want it.
