You have malware on your computer. Go through the following malware
removal steps:

There is a separate section for dealing with Nail.exe.

If the steps look too complicated (and there is no shame in admitting
that), take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not
your local version of BigStoreUSA). Have the shop clean the machine and
set it up correctly for you.
