Possibly the application list is MD5 hashed to prevent malware from trying
to run with that executable name which a lot of software firewalls do. I am
not familiar with your version of Norton but there should be an option to
update the executable to allow for a new version somewhere in the settings
or try deleting your currently allowed filename and the next time the
warning appears tell it to allow it to see if that works. --- Steve
