Have you tried adding the site(s) in question to the Trusted Sites list in
IE? (this can be done with Group Policy.) If you want to remove this
security protection for all sites (yikes!) then you can edit the default
settings for the Internet zone. Or if these are internal Intranet sites,
edit the settings for that zone.
