    What program? Without knowing that, I can't answer you. Some legitimate
    security programs have special uninstall routines and some malware will
    resist being uninstalled. Post back with a more detailed description of
    the program and what happens, including why you are at the command
    prompt to uninstall a program instead of in Add/Remove Programs and the
    complete text of any error messages.
