Hey Matija

MSCONFIG didn't work.

then i started removing hardware....
i removed the graphics card
I disable the firewall
i disabled the display adapters and enabled VGA mode.
I disabled sound card.
There are no cameras or scanners
i even removed the usb human interface device (mouse)
not a thing changed. none of them worked.

I do havethe following installed which i didnt disable:
intel 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24D2
intel 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24D4
intel 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24D7
intel 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24DE
intel 82801EB USB Universal Host Controller - 24DD
USB Root Hub.

Do you think it could be software related?
Thanx in advance
