With Windows XP Home Edition you need to logon in safe mode and go to the
Security tab. With XP Professional Edition go to Control Panel\Folder
Options\View\uncheck; Use simple file sharing recommended and next go to the
folder properties and Go into the Security tab\Advanced Options\Select
regular users group and click on the Remove button, at the confirmation
message click on Remove\ next uncheck "Inherit from the main object all
permission entries etc." to make this folder have permissions that are
independent from the default permissions of the parent folder or drive next
Apply, Accept and exit the folder security and Properties.
You may consider making the administrator Profile folder private in the
folder properties\sharing\and check "Make this folder private" this will
make the administrator profile folder and all its contents only accessible
by the administrator account and you don't need to logon in safe mode or do
nothing else in folder options.
