Turn off Norton worm protection within Norton AntiVirus. Run services.msc
and start the "Windows Firewall/Intenet Connection Sharing (ICS)" service
then set it to Automatic. Reboot and let us know if this fixed the problem.
If it didn't there a couple of other services that may need to be set to
Automatic.
