Error Message/Crashing

My computer runs in cycles of going fast, and then going slow, and eventually
crashing. I have windows xp with SP2. I dont know why. I have McAfee
Antivirus+firewall, i run Spybot and Adaware. I get messages like these like
the ones below when my computer crashes.

As you can tell, parts of the error signature are the same, but parts are
different. I read another post with a similar error code and it was
attributed to malware. I do drop my firewall sometimes when I play games.
