XP2

I have Win xp (Pac 1) pro
I noticed that pac1 is updated, but it pac 2 displayed it failed.
How Can I update to Pac 2?
I tried going to MSFT auto update but couldnt reinstalling win service pac 2/
So now I have Service Pac 1 and a failed pac 2 as it stands.
How can I get Pac2 on?
