Download and install CleanUp:

Run it according to the directions on the above page.
Scan with hidden files, folders, and system files enabled :

Then reboot to Safe Mode and scan at least once more from there:
http://snipurl.com/dmbp
Tutorials for AdAware and Spybot should be read FIRST prior to using them:

Not sure how to configure Counter Spy as to attain the utmost from it,
