Please quote some of the original post for clarity. Here is the original

It is not a good idea to do any scanning for malware on line and in
Regular Mode since the malware will then be active. All scans for
malware should be done in Safe Mode - not Safe Mode With Networking.

To the OP: Follow the general malware removal steps at the link below,
using updated tools and doing all work in Safe Mode:
