XP Pro out of standby user passwords are changed

Hi when I bring my computer out of standby all the users accounts have
a new password even the ones without a password now have one what is
making the changes to the password and how do I fix it the only way
around it I have now is to restart the computer then it ok till the
computer goes into stanby please help
