how do you grant internet access on a limited user account

i use a shared computer(which i am the administrator)and i want to grant
internet access to the 2 limited user accounts(using the same internet
connection as my own)the 2 limited users have an existing msn account so how
can i set this up so we can all use the net with the same connection settings
on our diffrent accounts,hope that made sense
