Dynamic Wallpaper

Hello,

Can we set dynamic wallpaper for Users. My requirement is to push a
wallpaper to Users desktops automatically whenever they login. The wallpaper
should show the calendar of "Last Month", "Current Month", and "Next Month".

Also, are there any free Active Desktop calendars available by Microsoft
which can be used by Users across organizations.
