You've been had. There are malicious web site that download onto your
computer crap that will tell you that you have this or that - and then point
you to THEIR web site to remove what you don't likely have. Did you notice
that they want you to BUY! The only thing on your computer is what they put
there and it is very hard to get rid of.

There are numerous FREE utilities that are much better at removing
spyware/trojans.

SpyBot Search and Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Download, install and update before using these utilities.
