Unable to prevent other users to view fax files

I am the administrator of a PC and have allowed limited access to other users
on my PC (Windows XP HE). Even though the Inbox and Sent Items Folder under
Fax Archiving are in my Private folder, when other users LOG On they are
still able to view these files from the Fax Console. Is there a way to
prevent other users from viewing these files? Other users cannot access the
folder though.
