A trojan horse has screwed up something that prevents the printer from
working. WHen I go to Add printer I get a message that the operation is not
allowed. When this first came to light I was advised to in sert the XP
disk. Well, I do not have the disk. My question is can I get by buying the
$99 upgrade disk or do I need to buy $199 "full package" disk?

Second question. The new software comes with SP 2. How much is this going
to screw up my installed programs. SP wiped out all of my corel-based
programs.

TIA
