Go to Norton support and search the knowledge base for "uninstall Norton
antivirus". The procedure is different for different versions and different
again if Norton Internet Security is involved. They have step by step
instructions for each version. You usually have to uninstall anything with
Norton or Symantec in the title in add/remove programs. Then run a special
cleanup program you can download. Then edit the registry. Even after all
that you will still find files littered around your drive and stray registry
entries. Removing Norton is harder than removing most virii.
