My guess is that you have malware on your computer. At this point, based
on your post and your own assessment of your computer skills, take the
machine to a good local professional (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of
store). Your laptop will have come with a manual or you can call the
mftr.'s tech support to learn how to restore it. However, you will lose
everything and the laptop will return to factory condition.
