| The user stays listed for a minute or so then disappears. Also it has no
| rights checked off.

| When I changed the name of a web folder, I found that the icon doesn't

Were you or was this platform once connected to a Domain (NT4 or AD) ?
This showing of a SID is due to the inabilitiity to match the SID to a Domain account and
reaplece the SID with the associated User name.
