Pesky Spyware

I've had a shiny new computer built, had it a week and having troubles
already. I've got installed Norton AntiVirus 2004, Spybot Search and Destroy,
and AdAware. All updated with the latest releases.

I had the W32.Spybot.Worm virus, and Norton seems to have removed most of
it, but the scan on startup occasionally finds it again. In terms of spyware
I've also got DyFuCa Internet Optimiser, n-case and Elitum.Elitebar.

Norton misses them, AdAware only detects Elitum (occasionally) and says it's
removed it and Spybot detects it all but can't remove them. I tried
disabling the system restore and rebooting in safe mode and scanning but
Spybot still can't get rid, and they remain.

I'm getting increasingly frustrated! What do I do? HELP!
