nslookup does not help here. nslookup just asks your dns-server for the IP
of the domain. If you want to know if you reach the site type "ping
www.runescape.com". Also do a "tracert www.runescape.com" and maybe a
"pathping www.runescape.com".
You will see which route your packets take around the world to the server,
and maybe you will see where the problem is.
