In order to help you, we'd need some more details.
Does that "for some reason it wont let me." mean that nothing happens at all
when you try? Does it mean that you get an error message (if so it would
really help us to include it here).
Does it mean your computer catches fire and you have to unplug it from the
wall and pour water over it?

Are you running any special security software - if so, have you checked to
see that isn't blocking the site?

Have you checked your ISP isn't blocking the site?
