Blocking IP Address to my Network.

 I have recently been trying to access a webpage but for some reason it wont
let me. The internet it working and my friends can get on the webpage so it's
server is not down. I did an nslookup for it and it came back with this.

nslookup www.runescape.com

Defaul Server: ns.inflow.pa.bo.comcast.net
Adress: 68.87.64.196

Non-authoratative answer:

Addresses: 65.39.250.68, 69.22.158.227, 69.22.158.237, 209.237.251.18

This message appears on all of my computers when I type this command in
