LOGIN is only required for a network.
DO youmean the user selection screen with user name [Owner] which appears at
startup.
Your parents should have full control of Norton's from the Owner sign-on.
Anyhting less may mean that there are still some nasties hanging around.
Download and run Spybot Search and Destroy to ensure all of them are deleted.
Als tell you folks to be aware of accepting any item that wants to be
installed in order to view or browse a site..a sure sign of a problem in the
making.
These usually are offered by porn sites, tell your dad to clean up his act!
