I know that we have a virus on my friends computer- its real slow and when
you click for Ex start the window open then disappears or when you click on a
program it never opens- also I download the AVG virus scan said it found
trojan horse ,it finished the scan said the computer was protected-I also
ran a spyware said it was fixed -problems are still persisting.I also have a
very hard time getttin on the website takes the page forever to download and
when it does tons of other stuff pops up either from microsoft about an error
and some other websites. Should I reload windowsXp again? please help going
