You tried WindowsUpdate and directly downloading and installing the patches?

When you go to WindowsUpdate and View Install History, do any of the patches
appear on your installed list?

If those ways don't work, I'd run MBSA against that machine and see if that
fixes it.

The only other option is to run a full A/V and Spyware check (try using the
MS Spyware Beta).
