Frustrated!

Problem: Security between workgroups

I am running 6 computers on 2 workgroups (4 + 2)on a star network. Each
workgroup are linked to their own swith, then to D-Link router and then to a
Sprint DSL router. Sprint works with a PPnP system and does not assign static
IP Addresses.
I need to ensure that all computers on a particular workgroup can have full
access to other computers on the same workgroup (no problem!) but no access
to the computers of the other workgroup (This is the problem). Please help, I
am lost!
