xp sp2 hotmail access problems

    Hello,

    I've installed xp with sp2 and norton antiviurs 2004
    I connect through diap-up to internet
    now everything works fine but i can't access
    hotmail, yahoo inbox etc and banking sites

    i tried ie and firefox

    please help
