Block all wesites except few

I need to block all websites except few website.
I try to use with norton personal firewall 2003, I add rule that block
all, and rule that
Allow one address like yahoo. The result is that I can access only to
home of yahoo not
To others yahoo address even it’s start with www.yahoo.com/XXX

I try also the Anti porn from tuEagle (v 6.x), I try to use with
Allow only recommend.
The result is that I cannot access even to google that exists on
recommend list, I not understand
This behavior?

Have anybody with idea how do that?
