I did what you suggested but am still experiencing the same problem. This
morning, i was actually surfing the internet when it happened. some strange
window appeared in the lower right hand corner of internet explorer and i got
an error for iexplore.exe. After that, everything started to fail. I
couldn't get into my control panel and norton antivirus closed itself.
that's when i restarted my computer. pLease help if you can. Thanks!
